  4. Industrial experience

Job title #201: MMIC design engineer

Job Description: Development and design of mmWave circuits and systems in CMOS and SiGe processes.

Requirements:

  1. High level of understanding of MMIC and RFIC circuit design techniques, simulation tools, layout, and verifications
  2. Experience in modeling of devices, passive components, and interconnections at millimeter wave frequencies
  3. Experience in deep submicron processes
  4. Ph.D. or Masters of Science degree in EE
  5. Industrial experience

Job title #301: Analog IC design engineer

Job Description: Development and design of mmWave circuits and systems in CMOS and SiGe processes.

Requirements:

  1. High level of understanding of analog circuit design techniques, simulation tools, layout, and verifications

Job title #401: Sr. Design Engineer

Job Description: Design, analyze and simulate RFIC architectures for commercial wireless applications.

Requirements:

  1. Design, simulate, and implement circuits for RFIC’s
  2. Perform tests to characterize RFIC’s in the laboratory
  3. Provide mentorship to junior engineers
  4. Utilize knowledge of 802.15.3c system to implement optimum systems
  5. MS degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering required
