Wireless metering (Wi-SUN)

802.15.4g standard enables wireless metering and smart grid. In practice, in dense area with many adjacent meters creating a mesh network, harsh blocker scenarios will occur that need significantly higher performance transceiver compared to the standard requirements. SaberTek has developed SBR6201 which supports 2.4GHz and sub-GHz bands, supporting improved performance for 802.15.4g and 802.11ah.
